Our ceramic cups are here!
We have been working alongside the wonderful Shireen Brown from State of Permanence to create the perfect chai drinking vessel. We came across Shireen’s work and were instantly attracted to her elegant and individual pieces. She has similar values to us in creating handcrafted products made with love and just so happens to have her home studio in our local community - what a small world!
Shireen is the most passionate and talented potter. Stepping into her studio it’s clear to see that she finds so much peace and joy when her hands and mind are in the clay.
We came to Shireen with pretty much zero knowledge on ceramics and a vague idea of what we wanted to create with her. She was so generous with her time and creative prowess, guiding us through the process and inspiring us along the way. We now have a much deeper love and appreciation for the art of pottery.
We all know how important it is to cradle that perfect cup, feeling it hug your hands and warm them from the outside in. Well, she’s done it - our hands will never be cold again.
For this initial launch, we are offering two styles - one is engraved with “Calmer Sutra” and the other a subtle and rustic version of our mandala logo.
These cups are inherently unique pieces - perfect as a gift or simply to enhance your tea drinking experience.
